The CloudTalk Story
Many years ago, I was at church and my Pastor asked me if there is any way I could look into helping save money for the church. They were spending a lot of money on photocopiers, IT support and telecommunications. After looking into their bills, I noticed they were paying over $400 a month for their phone system.
I said to the pastor, I could build you a digital phone system and save the church hundreds of dollars a month. Over the course of a four year. They ended up saving over $7000.
A few months later, I received a call from another church stating that they had heard how much money I was saving this other church and wanted to know more about our service.
CloudTalk was born.
We decided to speak with as many churches as possible and show them. There is a more cost-effective way with better features for a fraction of the price.
If you’re a non-profit, charity or church you owe it to yourself to get a quote on how we can save you.
Cloudtalk proudly has a 100% retention rate of all of our customers.

Habitat for Humanity Hamilton
In January of this year Habitat for Humanity Hamilton switched our phone service provider from a large local provider to CloudTalk Canada.
With CloudTalk we enjoy all the features and quality of a premium VoIP service including a customized IVR, voicemail to email with transcription, both hard and soft phones, and more. Switching our service to CloudTalk cut our telephone bill by more than half, yielding a savings of over $4,300 per year.
The service provided by the CloudTalk team is prompt and professional, so switching was easy. I would recommend CloudTalk Canada to any small to medium-sized business seeking savings on their phone service.
We went with this provider for our school. Fantastic service, with real humans that respond to you and address your issues without waiting on hold for hours.
Great uptime, no issues with dropped calls or service outages. Cutting edge feature set included VOIP phones, ability to use an app to sent and receive calls from a work extension on your cellphone or computer, plug-and-play desk phones
Very happy we switched to these guys early in the 2020 year, had a excellent experience, and will continue to use and recommend their services.
Great company to deal with. We have conducted many business transactions over the years without any problems.

We at St. Raphael Parish highly recommend Cloudtalk. They were highly effective at installing a phone service which worked for our parish. Their cloud-based phone system has made a significant difference to our parish. They installed new phones into our offices, meeting rooms and rectory. They were able to set up a phone system which gave each of our parish staff and individual rooms their own extensions. This is highly valued by our parishioners as they can more easily navigate through our voice system and speak directly to the person they wish to reach. $50 a month as they are more reasonable priced than other phone companies.
We appreciate all that Cloudtalk and their team have done for our parish.
We are very pleased with the Cloudtalk, the VoIP phone system and their services. They have been very professional, courteous and have exceeded our expectations and saved the parish thousands of dollars. They are great at promptly replying to phone calls and emails when we require support for any technical troubleshooting. I will say the system is efficient. The team is great with explanation & imprompt training to correct any issues.
We appreciate all that Cloudtalk and their team have done for our parish. We highly recommend them to serve any organization, business or church.
